IRET Distribution Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan (IRET Direct)
IRET provides a convenient way to purchase IRET common shares by reinvesting cash distributions and making monthly voluntary cash contributions through our Distribution Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan (“IRET Direct”). If you currently own Investors Real Estate Trust common shares of beneficial interest in registered form, you may enroll in IRET Direct.

Download and carefully read IRET’s Distribution Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan Prospectus before making any investment decision to enroll in IRET Direct.

If you decide to enroll in IRET Direct, please download and print the Distribution Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan Authorization Form to participate in this program.
